- 3 Panorama apartments: 40m2 each, with spacious and sunny bedroom and modern bathroom. This 3 apartments share fully equipped kitchen.
- 5 Pretty Medial apartments: 20 m2 each, with separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony, having two separate beds in sleeping part of room. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
- 3 Superior apartments: with highest standard, renovated on March 2009, with double bed and bathroom, equipped with modern LCD TV.
- 2 Attic apartments: 20 m2 each, with double bed, kitchen and bathroom, situated on attic of building ensuring a panoramic view as well as peaceful and enjoyable stay.
- 3 Private rooms: sharing 2 common bathroom and one kitchen, with single beds, each room can accommodate up to 4 people.
